We offer FREE SHIPPING within the mainland US on all orders over $ 99.99 for orders from Alaska, Hawaii and countries outside of the US the below rates apply
Domestic Shipping
All our tattoo ink products are shipped from our laboratory in Los Angeles, California. Orders placed during weekdays will be shipped within 2 (two) business days, subject to availability. Standard shipping is by FedEx. Delivery within the U.S. will arrive within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your order. To calculate shipping costs for the selected item, add items to your cart and enter your zip code. Please take note that deliveries by FedEx are only on weekdays. On the checkout page, you have shipment options from ground delivery to next-day air delivery. Please note that orders placed on a Friday will not arrive at their destination until Monday, even if you choose Next Day Air delivery.

Quantum Tattoo Inks Can Ship Worldwide
You can't cancel your orders once you confirm your order. We are committed to processing your order quickly once you complete the checkout process, and we notify our warehouse to pack the order for shipment immediately. You are responsible for paying customs duties once the shipment arrives at customs. We are not obliged to refund your order if the package is held at customs.
Track and Trace
You will receive a shipping and order confirmation from Quantum Tattoo Ink via email after placing your order. You will also receive a confirmation with the tracking information via email once your order is with the carrier.
Important Notice
Quantum Tattoo Inks is not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen weather conditions, holidays, natural holidays, epidemics or pandemics, custom holds, natural disasters, and acts of God.
The climate-controlled environment used by the carrier is not guaranteed. If you live in a local area where extreme weather conditions are present, the extreme cold or heat may damage your ink if you opt for ground shipping. We recommend using Next Day Air or Express shipping under these conditions.

At Quantum PMU Colors, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Returns Eligibility:
1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.2 Only items purchased directly from Quantum PMU Colors are eligible for return. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
2. Time Frame:
2.1 You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
3. Return Process:
3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@quantumtattooink.com within the specified return period.
3.2 Provide the following information when contacting us:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the return
- Condition of the item
3.3 Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3.4 Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were shipped with the product.
3.5 Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3.6 Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Process:
4.1 Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 14 days.
5. Exchanges:
5.1 We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
